Default Cleaning A/C Filter

Is the filter behind the dash or where is it? How long till you should clean it?

That link shows the DIY for an Accord. I wonder if it would also apply to the Civic unless someone already has done it but, I couldnt find a posting.

96-98 Civics don't have an interior cabin filter. Sorry can't help.

Very rarly do i get some particles fly out while i put on the A/C. If there is no filter for things like this then this is completly normal without any filteration of any sort?

I'd say so. I don't think they started using interior cabin filters in Civics until 01.
