03 Civic EX Front Grill Replacement

Do I gotta remove the whole front bumper assembly? anybody know? or anybody know of a link that would support that info?

i know on the 96-00 you have to remove it i think it should be the same for 03

Agreed. I think you'll need to take the entire bumper off. Why do you need to take the grill off?
