Default need advice on sohc del sol

i have a 94 del sol sohc vtec and cant get over 100mph in 5th gear,i can get up to 125mph in fourth then shift to 5th and it starts to go back down to 100mph

i have lightened flywheel, clutch, new gearbox, exhaust system, intake,

could this be because it need the ecu tuned as honda say that every thing is fine (but they dont drive it like i do )

your help on this matter would be appriciated.

yea, thats how 5th gear is on a D series motor. the two ive owned have been that way. the best option is to swap in a B series...DUH! and if your gonna drive on the road like that, its best to avoid mentioning it on this site... we generally dont like hearing that there are people out driving amongst our families driving like you.
