i just had an alarm installed in my civic 1994 1.5 LSI 3dr hatch EG6. but there is a problem with the key less entry. the car comes standard with a solodoid (trigger) in ONLY the passenger door so the remote can open the passenger door lock. but the driver door has NO solodoid (trigger) so there is nothing to pull the trigger back and forward.

usually the key goes in the driver door and opens the lock when the key turns to open the lock it sends a signal to the passenger door which has a trigger which also opens.

So to solve the problem i need to put in a solodoid in the driver side door but these civic doors are so smal for space inside that i cant fit any universal solodiod the one in the passenger door has one built in to the lock.

i can try getting a left hand wheel drive car which has the right door as passenger and can get that motor out and put it in my driver side.

any suggestion please as i am stuck. thanks
