Default Alternator & Waterpump bolt - HELP!!! '92 civic

All was going great on my waterpump change out. The bolt that holds both the alternator bracket and the waterpump snapped!
Any ideas on how to get a drill down there in the tight spot to get it out???

I was thinking of drilling through the body to get to it since an angle drill might not fit.

This is for a 1992 civic hatchback.

I've already got one mount off. I don't feel like taking off another. I'm using an extra long drill bit to go through the shock tower wall right to the bitch bolt. I'm just drilling out the whole thing all the way through and putting on a new stainless steel bolt with a nut an lock washers on both sides. Honda really screwed this bolt up.
