well no shit sherlock...I ment what kind of transmission....hell you didnt even specify if you wanted Honda trannies/Ford trannies...etc.

im looking for a 92-00 ex or 92-95 si transmission

well i figured a honda transmission was implied considering im posting on a honda/acura site

and if you are lookin for an EX/Si tranny you would have better luck in the classified forum.

Well... there's not really much out there for performance transmission shops for Hondas. Honda gearboxes are a nightmare to work on and most mechanics consider them to be disposable. If you need a replacement tranny, you should hit up a used parts dealer (junkyard/salvage yard) and just buy one with a warranty. That's a hell of a job to have to do twice, so don't waste your money. Otherwise, I'd say eBay, and the classifieds on this site. Maybe post a WTB thread?

already did. i used a website once where you give them your zip code and pick the part you are looking for and it sends an email to local salvage yards to see if they have them.. anybody know of anything like that?
