Default SeaFoam

Ok well I bought a bottle of this sea foam cause I heard some good remarks from it... Well it says to add to gas tank or the throttle body. Which one do you think would do the most cleaning? thanks guys

1/3 to the tank
1/3 to the booster through vacuum suction (you'll need to pull throttle cable)
1/3 to the oil via cap

After you run it all through at idle, drive for 15-20mins "spiritedly", then change your oil and check your spark plugs (I changed mine)
