Questions on Engine Swap
stay away from boosting a H22. You'll never see the end of problems you'll run into.
boosting a R motor is pointless, unless you build the motor for lower compression...which then defeats the point of using a R motor. GSR is cheaper and has lower compression.
look into a B18A/B LS motor...low compression...and pretty strong for a good turbo setup.

For me however I will say time and again that I would not turbo, there is little merit in doing it.
Got Boost? Hell No! N/A B18C5 9000rpm BooYah motor

long block H22+tranny weigh 35lbs more than a B series so there not that much heavier.
So what would be the best bet to go with since I plan to use a turbo? I'm just try'n to find the what motor will give me the power I'm looking for, not break my pockets, and not be giving me a shit load of problems. The way I look at it where in TN am I gonna actually be able to get my car up to 160mph. Its kinda point less. It sounds nice but it just aint gonna happen. At the same time though I dont want all low end. What do I need to do?
