Its a lot of time put into that swap but i am a fan of it an think its very much worth the time and money i would say the motor and stuff to swap would be about 9k. Make sure you use Kpro best stuff ive heard of people using.
Pros
Fast
Unique
Great platform for boost or all motor
Future of honda swaping
Not to mention it just looks sweet and you can say "ya i have a k20"...lol
Cons
More expensive than a Bseries swap
Parts are more expesive to build up
Tuning at the mean time might be harder to have done because its still a fairly new swap
Did i mention its more expensive..lol
I think overall its a great swap and i know thats what i want to do in the near future. Check out www.k20a.org they have tons of useful info there.

k series is deffinitely the future for swaps. i hate too say it, but, most of our civics are gonna be too old to keep doing this stuff too. im gonna finish mine. keep it and drive it until i can afford an evo or subby
