Default I want brighter headlights for my Civic...

The yellow ones make me sleepy. I don't know anything about this subject, so recommendations would be greatly appreciated.

Yeah I second that......
Piaa's are pink or blue, most others are blue/fake white...
Silver stars are dot approved and legal to run....
The only lights I like better then the silverstars are Koito's (extreem white or whatever they call them).....I bought a pair about 4 years ago and still have them....They are whiter then the silverstars and have no "blue tint" to them....they are a pure white light....They light up the road and last for a long time (going on 5 years)......I would have a pair in my dd if they made them for it , but they dont...... Well worth the money if you looking for lights that light up the road and last.

Sylvania Silverstars...are they white or yellow?

Keep in mind I have never installed anything like that, so if you could keep it simple...

theyre blue/white also, but still enough yellow to not cause the beam to bounce all over wet surfaces so bad that you cant see squat

remove the connector (you need to press buttons on the sides), pull the rubber boot, unclip stay, pull bulb, reverse.

I like yellow bulbs, because I like definition

what doesnt make sense?
actually there is some blue in them...its inherent with anything that moves away from the red/yellow spectrum that there will be blue
Drive with them in a heavy snow and you will see it

Disregard the Huh......

I would lean more towards the them having more yellow then blue...(silverstars)...I never noticed any blue when I had them...
