Default getting bad milage..

the car is a 93 DX with 170k. Most of the time I've owned the car its gotten 35-40 mpg. Recently its dropped to 25-30.. In the last year and half I have replaced the cap, rotor, spark plugs and wires, air filter and fuel filter. Im not sure what else to do.... Anyone know what to look at next?

How about the O2 Sensor. Could a faulty O2 sensor cause the motor to think it's running lean on fuel and begin pumping more than it needs to?
