my 92 civic dx it will crank over and everything i can hold it till the battery dies and it wont start up,just post what you think the problem is and ill let you no if i tried it or not.

 

battery is brandnew justt got 2 days ago..just got a new alternator yesterday, nothing wrong with the starter.

 

Pull a spark plug wire out of its hole on the head and rest it on the valve cover, crank your car and see if you getting a spark.

Hold a long screw driver up to your fuel rail and put your ear on the plastic handle and try to hear for the ticking of your injectors.

 

do this and it sounds like what a coil would do if it was bad. Listen for fuel pump when you first turn the key to run (before you try to start it). you might take off the distributor cap and make sure your rotor is turning (probably not a bad timing belt but you never know).

 

i found out the car isnt getting any gas i took the bolt out cranked it over and no gas came out

 

isthere a fuse or a relay anywere?
