Default ECU question!

Hi,


just have a quick noob question, regarding ECU for a honda 94 ex.

I have a ecu from a integra type R will it work on the SOHC Vtec motor..if i change the stock to this one.

no that ecu is set up for a dohc vtec now if u were going the other way with this u could hard wire four wires in but guess what ur not

this post makes absolutely no sense at all...olong:


and no the type R ecu wont work.

i know the type r ecu wont work what i was saying is if u were using a sohc wiring harness and dropping a vtec dohc u can convert but he isnt it wa just over stating some facts

It won't even plug into the existing harness, let alone have the proper fuel and ignition maps to run the car.
