here is the link to the ECU chip on ebay
it says it can 15-25 horsepower, help with fuel economy, and will not hurt the car's engine. and its only 10$...
is this possible?

You should buy my Engine VEE-TEK voodoo performance booster for $9 instead. Mine works better than this ebay one. Not only will you get more HP, better MPG, it actually HEALS YOUR ENGINE.
