Default 93 HB DX axle question

Hello everyone, I have a 93 civic hatchback DX automatic
Sister crashed my car and bent the passenger side front wheel towards the back. So now, everytime I put it in gear......it makes this crazy clanking noise and starts rattling madly. I can smell something from the wheel too.

So my question is........ What is causing that shaking and crazy noise??
Is it just the axle or can it be my tranny too?? Or what parts do you think I need to replace?? I don't have much $$$, so any good advice would be awsome.

Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks for your time

Well i would guess that the lower control arm and or, the nuckle, and or the subframe may also be bent.

I have a 95 DX front suspension if your interested. all peices in excellent condition. Watever you think you need i can hook you up with a fair price.

sounds like it should be HER PROBLEM.

Have someone stand (or squat) right next to the car when you put it in gear and look closely and listen. Also get under the car and look for damage. Take the wheel off and see what's rubbing (smelly). Find what's bent. You may have a small problem or really big. You may need to just see if you can get a free estimate at a body shop or mechanic and go from there.

yeah.....I will take the wheel off and have a buddy watch and see what is causing that grinding noise and etc. Hopefully, is not too bad. I rather try and fix it myself, I really can't afford a mechanic.... =(
Thanks everyone for taking the time and posting your expertise!
