im putting in my GSR cams into my b16 tuesday, since i got them for free and all. a dude has aem cam gears for sale from 100 bucks for 2. should i buy them?

if so, what gains would i see with the gears and cams installed?

 

adjustable cam gears will not get you any HP/tq unless theyre tuned i beleive...you can set them stock timing then you can +/- the timing im not sure of what your doing with the car...but im sure i wouldnt just throw some cam gears on and start tryin to tune myself..

 

you have no need for adjustable cam gears unless your using some type of big power adder that requires different timing from stock.. (ie. nitrous / forced induction)
