it will probly take bout 10min to strip these heads down.. then i can start on my blingage! i'm gonna polish every bit of it.
that would look so sick. just make sure that there are nooooooo leaks on that valve cover gasket or all that hard work will end up looking like an oil stained mess. i had a friend who polished the front and side of his head (while it was on the car) and when he put the freshly painted valve cover back on he didnt notice a drip that dried on the gasket seat. needless to say, it leaked all over that maufuker.
dont worry, RTV/Hondabond will go everywhere where its required and all new gaskets, no fucking around with this project. i wish powder coat would be able to hold up on the head
we got em torn down, and i realized something, the valve guides werent coming out. we talked to some folks and we found out 2 things, we need to either tap them out with a drift, or have them pressed out. any advice?
