Default Performance springs?

I'm lookin for a good, possibly cheap, set of performance springs for my '96 Civic EX. Also it would be nice to lower it a bit. I want something thats got VERY good handling and pretty stiff. I don't care at all about comfort, I actually like a car with stiff springs. My brother has an '86 Pontaic Fiero and i'm trying to get the handling that that thing has (if anyone knows those cars.)

Get ITR springs, they only drop your car about 1/2", so you wont need a camber kit, and at the same time they perform much better than all the aftermarket crap.

Sounds like I want the ITR since I don't wanna go through all the camber BS, as long as it handles great. Thanks for your help.
