I was looking at my bay today, and there's black "soot" on my block, I was tryin to see where it came from. It's comming from where the exhaust manifold bolts onto the down pipe. So does that mean there's a leak comming from there? Probably in the o ring inside?

 

snug the bolts.. yes thats just an exhaust leak.. u should probly be able to hear it while car is running & u'r head is next to it!
