its a simple question
will a z6 oil pan fit on a y8

Could you look up the part for both cars and look at the part #'s?

they are different pans for sure i just need to know it there will be any fitment issues

most d series parts are swappable.. but i believe the oil pan isnt

silvic00 is correct.... the difference lies where the pickup will be in respect to the depth of the pan... also as far as i can tell, the y8 pan is made of alunimum, while the z pan is steel.

oh yeah, i replaced mines a while ago, the original pan developed a crack after bottoming out once to many...
