Alrighty...I have a obd1 1.6 sohc w/ vtec (d16z6). The motor is built from the bottom up and is currently running a 8:1 cr. It is fitted with a Drag Gen 3 turbo kit (t3/t4) with which I am currently running 15psi. (with further tunning and race fuel I plan to run more) Anyhow, I am looking for the appropiate cam...any suggestions? I am aimming towards the Zex Street/Strip cam. I am looking for something that will help me in the mid range to top end...(I don't give a shib about how hard it cams either [kind of would like it to cam hard] )

I am having a little trouble reading your post, but people say Skunk2 stage 2 cams are great, I have ITR cams which seems to be good enough for my needs.

 

I have been looking into the Skunk2 cams...seem to be alright. Crowler any good?

Well, my expierence with Crower has only been from people with domestics or their B18B cams.

Everyone I have talked to loves them. They're a very reputable company, been around forever, not sure if they even make SOHC cams.

I saw a few dyno charts on the ZEX cams, and they seemed pretty decent, but I believe they are turned for N/A.

 

Zex claims they are for f/i and n2o...

since ur turbo'd, y dun u run a skunk2 turbo cam. they have stage 1,2,3, and turbo profile cams. in ur case, cam.

late
