It is his car, let him do what he wants with it. I'll agree with them all when they say that stock is amasing looking. But, I've seen the euro carbon fiber on a few SI's. They look nice - go with them if you want. Try to seal them up if you can, but no matter what they say on here, do what you want - it is your car.

Yes it is his car. But the thing is aftermarket taillights are of poor quality and will be nothing but problems regardless of the manufacturer.

My friend has aftermarket Euro tails that are carbon fiber, not clear. He has had them for two years and lives in Atlantic Canada. They have survived two winters and they still look perfect. He just took the time to seal them, and make sure they fit right. I'm still saying to stay with the stock look, but if he wants to go aftermarket, there are correct ways to do it. Just keep your stock ones around incase you change your mind.

I actually like the stock ones.

as for keeping them I would keep them just incase, But if you want to sell them I guess you have a pending buyer.

I just installed some carbon LED tails. I didn't realize you should seal them. I dont want to have to replace them so soon. Can anyone explain the proper way to seal them?
