Nice car

I have the same exhaust and it hangs far out and low. I always scrape. I just slapped on my M3 led mirrors and I'm picking up my Type-R style lip on wednesday. My car's going to be a frost white version of yours minus the rims and swap

Civic looks good, my friend had the same wheels on his Thunderbird except in a 17". Watch out for the center caps coming off, some reason the spring clips are easily broken.

it is ashame that altezzas are played out, and lack quality... because i can honestly say.. if this was the first time i ever saw altezzas.. i would be like "omg they look so good on that car"...

edit.. and imho the exhaust juts out.. just a little too much... it looks like a civic handle that you could pic the car up by and wave it around... like a flag almost..., but the car as a whole.. does look very good.. even with those tail lights..

Default Thanks

Thanks guys for the compliments and feedback.
To answer a few questions:
The output on the projectors is not as good, I expected that. I've gone through about 2-3 other projectors and the bottom line is the ellipsoids (glass spheres) that these companies use are of really poor quality. It is a very poor design internally, that's why the reflection and beam pattern are not as bright, even with HID's. I plan on modifying a much better set in there (from Audi, BMW, or even an S2000).

The Type R style lip was first a little off, and the screws and etc that came with it just didn't really seem to be making fitment any easier. My body shop opted to use rivets to mount the lips. Fitment is extremely close, I like it a lot and I'm glad I went with this lip since it's rare around here (for now...)

Altezza's... Projectors....JDM.... Well, I've never went for one straight look... whether it's a JDM car, a Euro-Style car, or an APC catalog. I like to blend styles and create a unique blend of it's own. My car has a Euro style (the E36 M3 has always been a favorite of mine) with JDM touches (has to do with the nice JDM cars I see on here). I planned on getting M3 sides for the longest, but couldn't find a good distributor or one with a high quality fiberglass. I have yet to see a Honda with M3 sides put on correctly also.

When Altezza's first came out, they were only for 5th Gen Accords or 6th Gen Civic's, I ordered a set and was going to modify them to fit, shortly after I saw they had them for Ford F150's and I promptly cancelled my order. Years later, I came across this Carbon Fiber Altezza and I really liked it's clean darker look, somewhat resembles the S2000 tails. I put in a lot of thought before I actually got them, I had them imported from Korea because they weren't really available here, yet. I also custom painted certain parts black to make them 'look good' to my standards. I like them, but I still don't like driving around seeing countless cars with Altezza's and I don't like that feeling... so after a few more pics, I'm putting my Euro's back on.

Thanks again for the compliments and suggestions, keep them coming!

that exhaust is awesome...i had one on my car but the mesh stuff on the inside came off a little and it rattled. I cut that sucker off and used the piping with a N1 muffler. It did sit pretty high, the tip was right up in the cutout but i still scraped the piping some.
