Default 99 civic si spring?

I have a 99 si and i want to lower it. I dont know if i should go with the tein springs that lower the car 1.9 in the front and 1.7 in the rear? Or the eibachs that lower the 1.5 even? Let me know and pics would be helpful.

Sounds like he's talking about springs to me.

Ya...

Anyways, I have a set of Tein S-techs and personally, they are too soft of a ride for me. I should have gone with something stiffer, or better yet adjustable like GC's or Skunks. Her's an old pic of how my car sits with them:
