hey guys I have a 95 ex with a vtec. I am wanting to know how much horsepower the stock transmission will hold. I want to have my engine put out around 175 and I am curious to know if I need to modify my tranny and if I do, can anyone suggest exactly what I should modify so that it will hold around 175hp. thanks guys

maybe a new clutch, and possibly a flywheel

 

honda trannies are stout as fawk staight out the factory...I know plenty of guys putting down 400+ hp on stock units. As said above I would recomend an upgraded clutch to handle the new power.
