Default A/C Question

I don't use my A/C. So if I don't use would it be in my best interest to totally remove the whole unit. Would this increase performance in any area beside just being a little lighter?

There's less parasitic drag on the engine as well from your compressor belt. Personally, I wouldn't take mine out if I a) live in a hot area or b) plan on selling the car soon.

Word.

Unless that car is going to be fully built, show type specs, people want to see A/C. You will have a noticeable difference in weight, and definitely less drag caused from the belt. I cut mine at one time, and worked quite nicely.
