First Take your Back Seats and fold them down or take them out either way..Then the Piece of Plastic that covers your speakers has to come out..It has some plastic pins that have to be pulled out..Then when you get that out.of the way the speakers are right there..Phillips head screwdriver for the screws that are in the front of the speakers then there are a couple of screws that are in the back of the speakers. You have to have a NUBBY Philips head screwdriver or a short screwdriver in order to get those couple of screws out..Then walla they come out..Not very hard..Just takes a couple of minutes..The hardest part will be the Plastic Grill cover with the seatbelts comin through them..If you need more assistance reply..I gave you the basic instructions now get out there and work on that stuff yourself..To Heck with paying somebody else to work on your ride..Become one with your ride young grasshopper

I pretty much did what ^^he^^ said.
Fold down the seat, I gently pryed off the rear quarter panel pieces to give me some room to take off the deck cover. You will need the stubby phillips head though. Just take your time or you'll end up breaking more shit.
