When you say all that works are your emergency lights, do you mean no other light or electrical device in your car works?

Check fuses, battery.

One day when its quiet at your house, or wherever your car is. Take off your gas cap, have a friend turn over the car and see if you can hear your fuel pump. Itll be a buzzing noise..if not..get your pump and relay checked. Also..You can turn it over. and check your spark plugs to see if they are wet..Also...take out 1 spark plug...put it in the end of the wire..turn it over and look for spark..but make sure its grounded when doing this.

Did the clutch install well? I know the rotor on the starter goes into the bell housing and is exposed to the clutch and flywheel. I wish I could help, but I didn't experience any problems starting after my clutch install. I'd start from the pump, then work your way up to the sparkplugs and coil.
