Default Honda Civic 1.5 LSI Idle Problem

every since i bought my civc eg 1994 1.5 lsi the car has been ideling very low 300-600 rpm. The car virbrates like mad and you can see and hear the parcel shelve, door cards, exhaust etc vibrating and seem as they are going to rip off. the car seem as if it is gonna shut off any second. it is much more when stoped.

I took it to a local mecanic and he sorted this problem but it started again a month later. he told me sumthing was wrong with the tappets and he fixed them but im new to this forum and cars so i dont know really what he was on about. I cant seem to find him any more and no body knows how to solve this problem. so far i have:

changed - plugs
- wires
-air filter
-oil filter
-fuel filter
-oil
-cam belt

but still the problem does not go. could any body help me please. thanks

Clean your IVAC, its on the back of the intake manifold, try cleaning you're throttle body, try adjusting the idle screw on the throttlebody.
