Default Head problems?

First of all, this is my first post so I just wanted to say hey. My problem is this: I have a '93 Civic EX with the D16Z6 VTEC. It's doing a few weird things but I think it's all realated. I keep fouling plugs in the first cylinder (one closest to the dizzy). When I take it out the electrode is scorched white but there is some oil around the outer ring of the plug. I know its leaking a lil oil in that cylinder but yet the plug is burning too hot. Contridicting problems i know. It does smoke a little if I get on it and pull the rpm's up high, but it kinda did that when I had the entire exhaust redone (2 1/4" pipe from header back, no cat, no resinator, just a canister muffler in back, and yes it's loud as hell). What I'm thinking is that it could possibly be the valves are sticking and I might need to rebuild my head. I figured if nothing else, maybe some of you guys have been through this before and could give me some advice. Thanks a lot=)
