Oh yeah... and a big resonator will lower the pitch. Just take some measurements first to see where it will fit or you might over-do it. Make sure the inlet/outlet sizes match your pipes on the units you find.

One of the reasons the Apex'i N1 is so deep (the whole exhaust kit from them, not just the BS ebay muffler welded onto stock pipes) is because there are 2 resonators in addition to big 3.125" pipes. You don't have to do just one big resonator. You can use several smaller ones if it makes it fit/flow better.
