Default Civic won't start after some weird problem.

My car ran fine, after being parked for about 3 hours, I started my car up and it wouldn't rev past 1,200 RPM, and my engine was idling irratic and rough "knocking", i looked under the hood, and my fuel pressure was at at 36PSI after the fact i set it to 32PSI, my instrumental light brightness was fluctuating bright and dim, and i stepped on my gas pedal at full throttle and my car only idled about 200RPM more... kept pressing it again and again, i figured my car's fuel line got clogged from driving it with a nearly empty fuel tank for a fuel days... however, my car eventually reved passed that area, then it was working fine again so i put gas in my car. the next morning, i've tried to start my car again and the same occurence happened... this time, when my car broke loose from reving at 1,200, it reved to 6,000 RPMs and then lots of smoked exited the exhaust and my car just died out and it wouldn't start anymore.

I have a MSD SCI and the MSD Blaster SS Coil, no spark occuring from the Coil. Could the coil be the cause of the problem? or the MSD SCI? or the car's Powertrain Control Module (ECU)? Has anyone else had a similar problem?

Trouble codes shown were for Cylinder 1,2,3,4 misfire, and Catalyst System Threshold Inefficiency

It's your coil. The smoke was from all the gas that wasn't burning while it was stumbling. My bet is something is shorted out in the MSD stuff. Either the wiring or one of the components.

Edit: It shouldn't be the wires or plugs since all of your cylinders misfired.

That sucks...
Fix up that shitty coil.
If that'd have happened to me, I'd really have kicked the shit out of the motor with a fucking tree.

that's what i plan to do, I was thinking of switching to the HVC 2 coil instead of the blaster SS... it has longer duration, quicker rise time in exchange for 4,000 volts less in its maximum voltage capacity in comparison to the Blaster SS.
