Default code 41

Hey all.

I have a 1994 Civic EX Coupe. The previous owner has had the car for years and then left it sitting for about 5 months before selling it to me. When I got it it had the check engine light on.

I checked the code and it was 41 which was the primary O2 sensor heater circuit. I searched here and found some people changing the O2 sensor to fix it so I did the same. However, the code persists. I even reset the ECU after the O2 sensor install.

Any other ideas? I see no O2 heater relay or fuse...

Did you buy an O2 sensor that was just plug & play or one where you had to wire it in?

you need to troubleshooting the wiring from the O2 sensor to the corresponding pinouts on the ECU. I'll try to dig out the helms, and get you some instructions
