i like loud exhaust

Question about engine/exhaust

friend has a del sol and its loud as hell, sounds like a lawnmower... what makes it that loud ? exhaust? engine? tailpipe ???

no cat makes it buzzy like a mad bumble bee, but bigger piping, higher flow exhaust and intake will all make it louder...

Probably exhaust... depends on what he has on the car.

i know mine is stupid loud,, but i modified a 92-95 civic hatch exhaust to fit,, cutting out 7 inches of sound killer is my prob..the exhuast i have is a tanabe super race, it comes with a removable baffle, if his exhuast came with one he might have it out
