d vs b

i have a 93 civic ex with a d16 z6 dont want to go fi, got about a grand to work on my d or swap in a b ,which one and why?

A grand aint going to get you a B and not any power from a D

i can buy a b20b for 500 or a b16a for 600 i have a ls tranny and the only thing i would need would be axles and ecu

Just get a B18B Ls and turbo that.

i got a '94 integra with a b18b and a '99 civic with a d16 and the integra is so much faster than the civic... go with the b18... or get the head from a b16 and block from a b18 and do an ls/vtec setup and get the best of both worlds
