ooops my bad. i thought it read "i'm concerned" my suggestiong was *not* to get one if you're strapped for $$ and want considerable perdormance. but if you want something that sounds good and adds some power, go for a greddy sp. it looks tame, sounds good, and is designed very well

I don't get it. How's tenzo trash?

they seem reputable to me. And the intake I have, made by tenzo, is great. How exactly does tenzo suck?

or is that just some statement because people don't like them.

in fact, justify your post. I don't see much of a difference between tenzo or reactive exausts compared to ones that run twice as much. Please explain these differences to me

i personally have a tanabe super racing medallion, its about 650, but if you look aorund you can probably get it for about 550 or so. it isnt raspy at all, real low pitched sound, but pretty loud at the same time, i love it.
if you go on groupbycenter you may be able to get it for less, i got mine on there for 515 with free shipping, but the didnt have it last time i checked.

but that dinky ass tailpipe has to go. It looks way out of place.

But I'm kinda on a budget, and since I don't think I need one of those $500+ systems, what a good one to get?

theres a local shop here that suggested the Reactive catback for $270 + install, but I dunno on how that would sound. I don't want a raspy tone.

any other suggestions in a decent price range?
Apex WS or Tanabe hyper medallion are nice. I had a tanabe G-power medallion for over 2 yrs (it was on my friends car for 1.5 yrs before that) and the muffler finally got rusted out. I put a N1 muffler on the tanabe piping and it is pretty loud...not as loud as i thought it would be but it kind of drones more. The WS and hyper medallion are relatively quiet....and i think that stock tailpipe seems right at home on your LX hehe just kidding...

BTW i can get you pretty much any exhaust...greddy, apex, tanabe for pretty cheap. Hit me up @ josephkan@hotmail.com or IM me at jkan2001.

poor quality parts, over manufactured and sloppy craftsmanship.
