Default still having problems with idle!!!

I replaced my 02 sensors and put a high flow Cat in recently and it helped the way the car ran with the greddy kit alot!since my ECU was reset my CEL went away but now it is back!it is a code 45(failure of fuel management system;too lean or too rich)wha do u think this is,i thought the o2's were what controlled fuel!!!im thinking that maybe it is the Emanage because it is not tuned, any ideas??also my idle is now better but it still wants to fluctuate when idling and dips kinda low(around 400rpms).any ideas on what could fix this???ive heard automatics get carbon build up in the trottle bodies, but i dont know!
