My civic's horn won't function at all. I already checked all the fuses (I think). Where is the "horn" exactly? Any ideas/help? Thanks.

 

it should be in front, near the bottom, in front of the radiator (mounted to the engine bay). cheack it and see if the wires going into it are still hooked up. look for rust around the terminals... anything that looks off. pic courtesy of HatchVX's thread a bout is car getting painted... see below.
