Default spark plug wire....

i have a 2000 honda civic and the spark plug wire to the far right keeps on getting loose. the other 3 stay in place and i would push the 4th one in place but eventually it would get loose or pop out a little bit. anyone know what the problem is?

The one to the far right is cylinder 1 - so its your 1st plug
If theyre the original wires, the end may be worn out - causing it to be loose and pop off. If theyre aftermarket wires...they may be shitty quality
Your plugs may be loose, causing pressure to pop the boot off (unlikely).
Your plugs may also be damaged.

When is the last time you did replaced plugs and wires?

hehe, i have the cheapest of the cheap-o when it comes to wires (APC), and mine actually hold. if they're worn, and you don't change them, check for any lil cracks or anything near the top. mine got cracks, and let water in... not pretty.

spark plug wires are cheap to change, so just change them to OEM or NGK Blues
