safely resetting ECU!!

after i put new o2 sensors in and install the high flow CAT,how do i properly reset the ECU???when i reset it will it affect E-manage???

also what is the rough estimate on getting 2.5inch exhaust at a muffler shop on the east coast???

disconnect the battery for bout 10 seconds? does that work

i want to keep th high flow CAT and neuspeed muffler but i just want bigger piping!that can be done right??
