first of all, i know nothing about cars except how to drive them, which is why I need help!

i just noticed my 2005 civic automatic is leaking/dripping some kind of clear fluid. It's never done this before since its brand new. I'm assumming it's water because i had my fan on? I have no idea. Am I stupid? probably. Am I worried? definitely!
