i have a 2000 civic EX 4-door and i was just wondering if my auto tranny is going to be ok with a stock greddy 19t turbo kit on it??? the car has aver 100k miles on it!! 90% OF IT IS INTERSTATE MILES and I very rarely gun it more than 3/4 throttle!is there any auto tranny rebuild kits or anything for down the road??

 

tranny is fine unless you are currently having problems with it

 

a converter problem but the guy at the tranny shop said that this is most likely normal wear and tear!!

 

You have a converter problem and you put a turbo on it?

You know that Honda automatic trannies are one of the weakest trannies out there?

I think you should have done a lot more research before you did this whole project. You could do a auto to manual swap when the tranny craps out.

 

I agree with Shmoo convert it to manual

 

wear and tear as in th belt just needs to be replaced!

yea honda autotrannys are made for old ladies...and are gunna not reach speeds over 25mph...so looks like you can give me your kit...
