Default where is the vss located on a si sohc del sol

its a jdm d15b motor and was wondering where the vss is exactly located at. Also is it hard to remove it or whats the deal. Cuz my speedometer is acting all goofy, for example: i'll be going about 60mph and it tells me i'm going 30 and when i make a turn like at about 10mph, it tells me i'm going 40mph. Need help asap on how to fix my vss or should i buy a new one or is it hard to take out the vss and clean and then put it back in.
