Default I need to be schooled on engines, trannys, etc

im planning on selling my car, buying a crx, painting it, and swapping it. i need to know more about the swaps available, including the tranny, ecu's, "odb", "lsd", etc.

you can put anything in anything.. iv seen northstar v8 accords, rwd geo metros w/ chevy 350s, etc..

be more specific on what you want to know..

"lsd" is Lysergic Acid Diethylamide

"odb" is Ol' Dirty Bastards

i was thinking of a b16 w/lsd from the link below but i dont know the differences between these and which one would be easier to swap.

the differences are:

30001 - B16A 88-91 (SiR I) Motor, Tranny, Computer
160Hp 111Trq 10.2 Compression (JDM)
$ 1250.00 Plus shipping and handling.


30002 - B16A 88-91 (SiR I) Complete Change Over
160Hp 111Trq 10.2 Compression (JDM)
$ 1499.00 Plus shipping and handling.


30003 - B16A 92-93 Integra (XSi) Complete Change Over
170Hp 113Trq 10.4 Compression (JDM OBD I)
$ 1699.00 Plus shipping and handling.


30004 - B16A 92-95 (SiR-II) Motor, Tranny, ECU

it lists the differences right there.. compression, hp, torque.

as far as ease of swap.. every B series engine is the same (minor differences with wiring on some)
