well i just had my new rims balanced at sears cause thats the only place in key west fl anyways i get my car and not checking for scatches or anyhting like like so i leave an hour or two passes and i go outside my house to look at my civic and i found a ding and weird ass scratchs on my door and nobody can park on my passenger side where those marks are.. i went back to sears and the manger wasnt there do think they will take liability for it? i think im going to run someone over

 

Dude, it's SEARS. There not going to do shit. Which makes me want to kill. Same shit happend to my moms s2k at Lison Tire when she was getting an alignment.

 

sears messed up my front driver fender, spare tire on that side, so they lifted up by the fender to get a jack under my car, luckily i saw it and got them to pay for the damages. so i dont take my car to sears anymore, and watch people what theyre doing to my car at other places

 

sears are so fuck up that they broke one of my stud for my crx and they said that it was already rusted and they can't do anything about it. I made a small claim and took them to court and they end up getting a new replacement.

 

Sears don't know crap. Always take your car to small specialty shops that actually care about you car. I have a D16Y8 and when I first got the Honda, I asked the guy at Sears if it was Vtec and he said no, it would say it on the Valve cover. Goes to show you how much they know about our cars.
