even if the turbo is siezed he can get a rebuild kit for $99, say the BOV fails (almost impossible) its $60 to replace, wastegate failure $135 replacement, cracked manifold? $110. Hes still getting a decent deal...
i'm gonna order a turbo rebuild it anyway, cuz ya never know about the shaft play. even if it's perfect, i'll have backup ahead of time. the point of that one website (http://www.escrow.com/ ), is that i give them the money, then i get to inspect everything he sends me. they pay him, ONLY once i report back to them that i'm satisfied. if i'm not, hehe, it gets sent back, and he doesn't ever see a single cent of my money.
i dunno. i still want an LS or GSR swap, but a turbo is a cheaper route that'll gimme more hp. i really wanted to go all motor @ first. i dunno... lots to consider
