whats the highest octain thats is safe and effective for a jdm b16 motor. i know i japan there lowest octain is like 93, but im wondering if race gas 110 unleaded is going to be good for me at the track. And will it actually bring out almost full potential of the motor. :driving:

 

Won't help, just run premium unleaded.

 

Higher octane gas won't help if you dont have anything to tune it with.

 

It won't improve performance unless you fill your whole gas tank with it, but is highly not reccomended

Japan and US octane ratings are slightly different. Much like we use SAE and they use metric measurements. In the end the octane ratings are almost identical between US 91 octane and JP 93 octane.
