Still here... sorta...
I don't think so. There's something about the cam gear and its size and attachment to the cam that is different from what I've heard. It's all Internet rumors though so don't take my word for it...

you can try and call a company, like crower. I sent them a letter when i first got my prelude and told them i wanted aftermarket cams for it. They said they didnt make them but he said something about takin my original camshafts and do work to them. I never saved the letter but i remembered him explaining to me about what they can do.
