I just got home. It's hot as a MOFE!

That's the wastegate actuator line then... Awesome. Sounds to me like you probably found the problem. It's an hour later, how's it going?

You know... if the line's clogged, then the only reason you'd have no boost is if the pressure was trapped in the line between the clog and the actuator causing the wastegate to stay open. It's supposed to be closed under vacuum pressure.

well ive got the wastegate working now, and its tightend as far it can go, but still no boost. That covers everything in your PM, im waiting for it to cool down a bit outside and for the engine to cool off again and ill go do some more leak testing. I guess the next thing will be taking the turbo off the car to check for cracks. Give me a call at my house if your still game for tommorow or later today

alright finnaly got some positive numbers on the guage. The problem how ever is that those postive numbers only show up at 5-7k. I think and i may be wrong, that sence the seals on the turbo are done, so i think that after I get the turbo rebuilt i should some some better performance. I think I still have some small leaks to find though.

Alright im about 100% sure ive finnaly got this thing figured out!! Today i finnaly got my first chirp from the BOV while boosting 3 psi. The wastegate has a bit of a wiggle to it so im gonna use some washers on the actuator to pull things tighter. The other thing that i think will spur results is getting rid of this stock cat, and throwing on either a test pipe or high flow. The problem im looking at now is i cant safly test for higher boost till i chip my ECU. So is there anyone in VA that can come and chip my ecu for me?

If any ol' ECU can be chipped, I have a P05 from a '92 CX that you can have so you can keep your car on the road. Gee, I wonder where that one came from.
