Thanks guys, I will check them all out. Next Question, do I replace the springs and strut bars as well? And I am a little confused by the whole shock strut difference. Do cars have both shocks and struts or just one or the other.

Trucks have shocks. You have struts and springs. If you are going to get new sturts you dont have to replace your springs, springs are what will determine your ride height though, so if you want a lower look you will want to get new springs and if you want better handeling you will need to get struts as well. I have TEIN s tech springs with stock struts and for what I do they work ok for now. They lowered my car about 1.5 inches and help with handeling, not too much, but they did help.

I have KYB-AGX set on 4 in front and 7 in the back with Eibach Pro Kit springs for about a 1.5" drop. The ride is nice, a little stiffer than stock but it didn't really help the handling all that much. I just bought the Ingalls front UCA camber kit with the balljoint and the PU bushings, Tein Flex coilovers w/ EDFC and am getting the ASR 22mm swaybar and subframe brace tomorrow. Im also toying with getting those Korbach Frame locks soon too. Its all going in on the same day..... :rick:  It all depends on what you want i.e. ride quality or all out handling. You should pick the last choice.

You guys think the Prokit mated with GR-2s will work out well? I have 123k on the stock struts and I don't want to spend a lot on new struts. It was recommended I change out the struts since they have so many miles on them.

That is so wrong in many ways......

You car has a coil-over Shock, a car with struts does not have a upper control arm and therefore the shock is now locating the suspension so that makes it a strut, any car with a double wishbone suspension has shocks, weather it be a truck, car, fwd, or rwd. This would include most Honda's except the RSX, and 01+. This is why Honda's do not have the ability to use adjustable pillow mounts for camber.

GR-2s are basicall stock replacments, howeve the pro kits is not too low or too harsh, and while the car might perform better with a better shock, they should ride and look just fine.

Did you not read!!@!@!@ You car has SHOCKS! Stop spreading misinformation.

It is not a strut unless it helps locates the suspension, if you have an upper control arm, then you car has shocks, because the shocks does play a part in camber or caster adjustment, so it is not helping "locate" the suspension. Just because the spring is over the shock does not make it a strut it s just a coil-over shock.
